St Martin is a tropical island located in the NE Caribbean about 186 miles east of its neighbor Puerto Rico. The island is made up of two territories. The northern territory or the french side is referred to as St Martin. Whereas the southern territory or the dutch side is referred to as St Maarten. I wanted to explain this first because many people get confused why there are two different spellings for the same name of this island.
Hi, my name is Brody and I have been visiting and living on St Martin Island since 1986. I have seen lots of changes…both good and bad. However, most are good because after all regardless of what is going on you are still on a island paradise!
