@ozoneppg Yes once the wind travels over the dirt in the middle of the day you start to get some pretty rough and thermic conditions. This air wasn’t directly off the water, there was quite some distance out to the water. Plus there was some rotor coming over the top in a convergence possibly. It was pretty wild air for sure. No problem for the K2 though, I was flying a small and I weigh 172 lbs.
Can you tell me why the wind was so unsteady, I was told wind from the water even strong is steady? You are wright though, the wing is really behaving nicely, which size were you flying? take care Pete.

Super,super,super.
I would love to go to the Czech Republic sometime, I hear it is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Not familiar with zemi.Firma? What’s that? Perhaps we will get to fly some day, sounds fun!
Hey, watch your videos and I like it. This video is one of the best. I fly myself, but I’m at the beginning. I do not know if you heard about my zemi.Firma which you have the foundations in the Czech Republic. It would be great to fly with you. I am leaving to fly to Monaco so I hope bring a sample. Have a beautiful day, and especially good at flying
LOL, You are one talented but crazy guy.
Fantastic place to fly but you could have so easily spoilt your holiday ( and your wifes) by ” frying” on a power line.
Hey Dell, according to the USHPA standards this is a P-7 launch site, no? . . . or is it rated P-nut ??. . . I’m sure it’s one of the two . . . LOL . . . anyway, you are officially the “site director” of that island PG site. Looks like some funky poodle air creeped in at about 5:25, eh? Nice launch. Surprise, surprise!!!
Super light-weight paraglider got to want.
